Our Approach

The Vegetarian Diet

A vegetarian diet centers on plant-based foods: fruits, vegetables, grains, legumes, nuts, and seeds, while excluding meat, poultry, and fish. It can include dairy products and eggs depending on the variation. This way of eating emphasizes whole, nutrient-dense ingredients that nourish the body and respect the environment.
